The MIRA Therm 08 (P. HOUSE) Inward opening Tilt & Turn wood-aluminium system mainly used for passive houses. MIRA Therm uses a flush construction, which makes it ideally suited for facades in contemporary elegant designs. The profiles create clear lines at the visible edge. The particular strengths of this system are versatile solutions for demanding architecture at a high technological level.The diverse range of profiles leaves no design wishes unfulfilled. The aluminium cladding is the weather-protective element, and also an architectural element which can be colour-designed at will. Wood provides an outstanding insulation, and gives the house a pleasantly comfortable character.

All windows are finished with Teknos Total Factory Applied Protection (TFAP) systems which allow joinery manufacturers to produce fully engineered exterior joinery, with almost unlimited colour choice, in a single integrated finishing process.

By combining topically applied preservation technology, novel end-grain and joint sealing with protective basecoats and a flexible microporous paint system, the Teknos system allows manufacturers to meet the latest European performance standards whilst reducing process times and working capital.
